Happy Valentine's Day everyone

I generally hate the exhortations to spend lots of money on Valentine's day as most things are a rip-off - overpriced flowers and the like. But I couldn't resist buying this cake for Karen. It's another one from our local French bakery which also supplied the great epiphany cake we had on 6 January.

A chocolate mousse on a crushed pistachio base, with raspberry glaze, topped with fresh berries and Swans made of choux pasty. We had it with our morning coffee. Nom nom nom....!
