Happy Soup for the Soul

I take back every word I said while making this soup (and there were definitely some choice ones...). It tastes far better than store bought and, after I figured out how to use the blender, took about as long to make as store bought too!!

This is the start of a very long weekend off for me. I'm not back in work until next Wednesday. Acronymphomanias parents are coming up this weekend to help finish most of the baby's room so hopefully will have that to Blip then. We are also going to a Jack and Jill sale on Sunday morning so are hoping to get some baby bits there too :)
