Walking towards the Swiss National Park

It was a winter wonderland this morning. We walked to the hut with hardly anyone about. I found it quite upsetting to see two groups of hunters heading down in their jeeps, each with a fine stag in the back. The hunting season is a deep rooted tradition in these valleys, but not what you want to see if you're heading towards the National Park.
The traditional barley soup at the almost empty hut, went down a treat and the walk was just magical. We had friends over in afternoon and had a relaxed evening.
