Probable Cause

This Jeep got pulled over outside my window today. One minute it was a traffic stop and the next they were searching the car.  Meanwhile we were three floors up watching and wondering. Oh, and blipping.

PS... It appeared that the guy in the Jeep was released without incident or a ticket!
