Tea in a Hut

Last night we decided that we would try to go to Hebden Old School Tearooms today.
First visit this year.
It was a favourite haunt of Mr P and myself.
It was too late to order the afternoon tea as that needs 24 hours notice but we managed to book one of the little summer house huts so we could be comfortably distanced from other customers.
Oh it was so lovely, l especially liked the ceiling which was covered in coffee bean sacks and fairy lights.
As we were booked in midday we decided to have lunch then (even though we were full ) some of us had coffee, cakes and tea. Rebecca and l shared  raspberry bakewell tart and some cherry frangipani, both delicious, the bakewell  tart coming out favourite.
Enjoyable twenty minute drive each way.
Lots out enjoying the dales and getting some fresh air.
So full now , don’t think we will be eating much for the rest of the day.
Highly recommended if anyone lives local.
