Tiny begonia.

When we went away on holiday less than a week ago it was still summer. We were having lunch in the garden and enjoying sitting outside in the sunshine. We have come home to winter! There is a nasty cold wind, and heavy grey cloud, and I didn’t stay outside longer than I had to when I did the watering.
Normous, on the other hand, has been working hard out there, cutting down a honeysuckle that has gradually died over the last couple of years. It had been growing over the shed door which now looks very bare without it. It was well established when we moved to the house in 1967, so had reached a great age. We will have to grow something in its place, maybe another honeysuckle.
