Harvest!

A lazy Saturday morning , pottering!
Another beautiful day! I love chilly mornings & glorious sunny days!

Found a new walk close by through the quarry and past fields , not another soul about!
towards the end of the path just as I was going to turn back I noticed a family of rats scurrying around a wee hillock ..... two weasels were also scurrying in and out of the rat burrows and flushing out this family of rats, I watched fascinated when the weasels caught quite a few of the baby rats , the weasels are so small but so so fast!
Nature is indeed fascinating!
