Giant molehills?

The fields around here are all at different stages. Some have sunflower and maize still in them, some have been harvested, some are just stalks and some have been ploughed.
This field has been planted with green manure, which I thought they ploughed in before it flowered and went to seed, but maybe it's imminent with the arrival of the manure heaps.
