Must be Autumn

By lunchtime my head was spinning from the non stop meetings and calls so I took some time out to go for a run - the first in 3 weeks - it was tough, probably something to do with the boozy, lazy and greedy couple of months. Time to have a word with myself!

A marked change in seasons, I didn’t even need the bare ladies (Autumn crocus) to tell me. The afternoon followed a similar vein to the morning- frazzled!
