Tiny low-dwelling insect

Wandering around the garden, eyes low to the ground, I came across some interesting subject matter. I found, and photographed, a hairy caterpillar among other things. Then I spotted one of M's on-the-ground bonsais. It is a Chinese elm and I was attracted by its small leaves with their white serrated edges. That would have been enough for me but then I spotted the insect. Note the incredibly long feeler. It looks like it's chomped a hole in the leaf. I believe it's a grasshopper.

Thanks for hosting MaryElizaR. Stay well all.
