Thin Blue Line & Bright Blue Sky

Looks like someone is in trouble. 4 police vans, a police car, several officers in helmets, visors and body protection, lots more uniformed officers and plainclothes with "police" tabards and hats.  There was the noise of barking dogs too - not sure if they were police dogs.  I'll have to keep an eye on the local news and see if I can find out what all the fuss was about...
