The Needle And The Damage Done

Went for my flu jab today in the strangest of places, a football stadium. Just like a conveyor belt, there were hundreds of people immunised in the short time I was there.

Thought I would kill two birds with the one stone, I bought my first Christmas present in the club shop, a "Buddies" strip for a little friend who is St Mirren daft (see extra), turned out a rather expensive flu jab.

My album of the day is "It Feels Like Rain" by Buddy Guy. Saw him live in Edinburgh, really enjoyed the show, bought the album but was a bit underwhelmed. The former "Resident Chess Guitarist" drifts away on this record from what he performs so well, hard-core blues.
