In other news.... I had a very decent cash offer on the house this afternoon. Having spoken to my brother I will be accepting the offer tomorrow. The purchaser wants a swift sale.

So now I need to clear out 30+ years of accumulated stuff and find somewhere to live. No pressure then :)
