Ayre Mills, Kirkwall

A lifetime first.  After the Peerie Sea a walking tour of East Kirkwall conducted by CMC.   Revisiting old haunts from when she stayed in the School Hostel.  All new territory for me.  We met a lot of folk we know.  Including a very weel Kent Kirkwall resident with a wheelbarrow.

For me the highlight was Overblick.

We even had lunch together in a toon bistro.    A beautiful autumn day.

When I arrived home I found a newly delivered Dave Holland Quintet album.
