Bailey’s not sad really, just part off the sofa having chosen to come and lie down on the same one as me for a change. He didn’t appreciate the charms of Bake Off but it was what I needed at the end of a 4-lesson Tuesday. A meeting at lunch time for ideas to mark an occasion served to move something on and a postponed hair appointment meant that I got jobs done before I came home.
