There is a crack in everything ...
Like everything... there seems to be little interest in real change, in spite of all that we are confronted with.
I heard directly of 2 suicides today ... 2 in one day.
At the end of the day, systematically, it will never change and will forever be a bean count fest with a pervasive undercurrent of whip cracking and drum beating, wrapped up with ‘bows’ of positive feedback and so-called good practice that will inevitably be meaningless in such contexts but ‘demonstrate’ ie. tick a box, and allow everyone to sit back and ignore the messy reality.

Sorry Leonard mate, love you and all that, but maybe there is a crack in everything and that is how the dark gets in.
