#Birmingham Buttons

In Birmingham yet again - this time for a management awayday.

The meeting replaced the one back in January which resulted in a wasted trip halfway across England in the snow. No overnight stay but an early start and late finish.

The Selfridges Building is a landmark building in Birmingham. Its part of the Bullring Shopping Centre and houses the Selfridges Department Store. The building was completed in 2003 at a cost of £60 million and was designed by architecture firm Future Systems.

Since its construction the building has become an iconic architectural landmark. The facade is curved, wrapping around the corner of Moor Street and Park Street. The facade comprises 15,000 anodised aluminium discs mounted on a blue background.
