LD 192 Unparliamentary language

There has been a lot of that in various places this week ranging from Holyrood to the White House and today when starting to think  about my column for this week's Sunday National I remembered that I had this book which was published by the Indian Parliament, the Lok Sabha, in 1992.

I got it when I attended a Commonwealth Parliamentary Association Conference in that Parliament in February 2000,  which was  also the first ever CPA event at which the new Scottish Parliament was represented.

The picture includes some of the content , just to give a flavour of the amazing variety and sourcing of these forbidden remarks !
