Bridwell Park

Backblipping again!

I am staying down in Devon for a couple of nights visiting an old friend and her husband and taking the opportunity of getting away before any future lockdown.  Today we visited Bridwell Park, a large Grade I listed house (see extra) which is for sale and not open to the public, near Uffculme.  We took a stroll round the deer park and then tea in the garden outside the Orangery.  There were Roe and Fallow deer but these are mainly Roe I think.  On the way back we got stuck in a lot of traffic nose to tail on the lanes as there had been a serious crash on the M5.  So lucky to be able to drive across country when I go home tomorrow.
