set the controls for the heart of the Sun

This is the nerve centre of our underfloor heating system.  Whatever happened to the old thermostat on the wall?

Dave the builder (I've thought about calling him Bob...) has been working on the new house next door and popped round this afternoon to fiddle with these controls and make sure the system is working properly for the winter.

As well as having an extensive knowledge of wall fixings and the skills of a master craftsman, Dave is also able to talk about optimising flow rate parameters and programming the system to deliver the right amount of heat to each room.  I'm in awe of him.  It's not long before our toes are toasty.

The whole system is controlled by an App which allows us to set the temperature in each room.  The App sits on a phone.  For reasons I still don't understand that App is on Anniemay's phone.
