New Lanark

A trip down the Clyde Valley today. Coffee in Rosebank Garden Centre and then on to New Lanark, one of the World Heritage Sites.

A walk from the Centre up to the Falls of Clyde at Corra Linn .... that's about the limit of our walking these days. The falls are impressive with a drop of 28m. I've tried many times, unsuccessfully, to get a decent photo but the area is surrounded by so many trees so now I stand stand and admire the impressive cascade of water.

A spot of lunch and a wander round the beautiful shop in the visitors' centre before heading home.
