No Pain - No Gain

Part of the Keswick Theatre's "Festival of Youth" this winter included a play "No Pain - No Gain" Exploring the emergence of pain and it's relationship to humankind. Mike was playing the part of a father trying to control and teach his teenage daughter to "toe the line" - he said that he modelled his character on me, as I cause him so much pain!

The production was really good, and courtesy of the Nikon !'s totally silent shutter and good ISO performance, I was able to catch this at the dress rehersal without distracting anyone.
