Birthday in the time of COVID.

Today was my birthday proper and we had prepared for most exigencies. The garage has been converted into a “Sitooterie “ in case of rain or cold but the sun shone warmly so we moved the seating outside. After school time, the grandchildren all arrived and enjoyed cake, juice and a good run around in the garden. 
One of the highlights was to see MaggieD’s photo of Chloe and self on the BBC Scottish news website!
It has been a wonderful day, shared joyfully with the family. Hopefully next year we will be able to celebrate freely without any virus concerns.
