With the forecast of heavy rain this weekend and a possible restriction on future travel it was an ideal time to go to the East Neuk of Fife.  We ate our picnic at Crail in sunshine while watching a lobster boat battling the large waves and seeing the first of the huge wind turbines being built as part of the Seagreen offshore wind farm.   At Anstruther the waves crashed across the seawall sending spray across the pavement at high tide.  There were better photos of the spray but unfortunately my hand is slightly visible while I tried to protect the camera from the spray.    The harbour at Pittenweem was full of many fishing boats, both large and small.  Regretably we had to curtail our trip to Elie because the tyre pressure warning came on despite having checked pressures earlier but neither of the garages that we tried could help as they were too busy so after pumping more air in one of the tyres we risked the drive home.  Despite that it had been a most enjoyable day.
The armillary sundial at Kellie Castle gardens is included as part of my collection of sundial blips and is number 31 of those.
