Proud mum

Campbell started baking when home with us for lockdown.

Back south at college now and the baking continues. Seems to be mainly pies but he took some sourdough starter with him and seems to have got the knack of a nice airy dough.

I’m hoping he’ll be an expert by the time we see him next, whenever that may be.
