Rain

After all the rain yesterday the river was very high today. It was at 8ft this morning and you couldn’t get over the bridge but by lunchtime it had dropped to 6 ft. It was very fast flowing and the dogs knew they had to stay away.
It was so nice to see the sunshine and blue skies today, a complete contrast to yesterday.
