More flute activity

Half a dozen of us got together for a session of ensemble playing and tuition.  We were careful - L checked our temperature on arrival, we kept distance, opened the doors and windows when possible (difficult as it was raining most of the day!).  We all used flute shields, which were developed by Janna (the teacher) and her partner.

It was a great day - excellent teaching from Janna, but also just so wonderful to be making music as a group for the first time in months.  Janna had emailed through the music in advance, so we had all had some opportunity to learn it, and this meant we could concentrate on the co-operative parts of ensemble playing.

This photo was taken on the lunch break.

I hope it will not be so long before our next session.
