Yellow Brain Fungus

My first find of Yellow Brain Fungus (Tremella mesenterica) for this season. Its an interesting jelly fungus because its parasitic. That is, it lives on another fungus, usually a crust fungus from the Peniophora genus which, in turn, feeds on dead wood.
