Bad back blues

So as I mentioned yesterday, Darren’s back is causing him a bit of discomfort. He went to work but with in half an hour regretted it, by all accounts it wasn’t a pleasant work day. Once home he was walking round like a 90 year old, walking unnaturally at work had caused his hips to hurt too.
So rest was required for the rest of afternoon.
Tonight’s walk was quite late, it was very nearly dark when we left the house, Darren forgot to take his phone so no photo from walk so you will have to do with a photo of me resting on sofa.
Will Darren go to work tomorrow? I’m thinking not considering how he’s walking round house.
