Before the rain ...

I had a great walk up to the top of the hill by myself today . J has a sore back which seems to be on the mend . I had several really good conversations with people I met along the way and made friends with a Clydesdale horse called Holly and her owner Vicki.
We then had our flu jags , a nice coffee at Ardardan and a nice evening with the stove on watching the end of the last series of Spooks.
