Low Force

The weather looked foul in the Lakes this morning so I decided that after yesterday’s drenching, I would head eastwards.
I love Low Force, I can sit and watch and listen to the Falls for ages, plus there are some good footpaths in close proximity.

On my way back I called in at High Force but wasn’t impressed with the new path they have hurriedly constructed due to the virus. For anyone with health issues it would be darn right dangerous, lots of steep steps, ups and down and a very muddy and slippery path in places. They have also cut off close access to the falls so it’s pretty much a waste of time and money!
Still had a great day despite that.
