Melbourne Pond

Melbourne in Derbyshire that is, our trip to the big city scheduled in just a few weeks has long since been cancelled.
Some lovely autumn sunshine today encouraged an outing to the gardens of the Hall which are only open on Wednesday afternoons. It also got me to pick up my camera again after a few days off. The changing colours and tones are magnificent at the moment. As was the cute goat who had a field to run around in but preferred to stand in a bucket, it reminded me of those in quarantine and what it must feel like !
The main blip was handheld, one of the delights of carrying a lightweight mirrorless camera.
