Stowe Landscaped Garden

I normally have a "staycation" style holiday around this time of year, so even though retirement (in theory) means I'm [permanently on holiday] free to "do my own thing", I see no reason to change my normal habits, so booked myself into the National Trust's Stowe gardens for a day trip.

The Autumn colours here are still developing, but areas of the estate were showing nicely under mainly clear skies. Couple more in extras
