Pan-roasted chicken breast with orange-infused olive oil, sautéed turnip greens, and quinoa. Wine: Bulgariana Unoaked Chardonnay 2016.

A lovely dinner with an interesting cheap Chardonnay (which has more taste of melon than the lackluster melon I had with lunch).
