Reflection

Another day’s quarantine done, starting to drag a bit now. Of course I could always attack a few things on the to-do list but that seems a tad extreme! Instead, it was the usual mix of reading, cooking, TV (last episode about the 100 Years War, I feel like an expert now) and footie (Scotland have never missed a penalty since Gary McAllister apparently). Highlight of the day was watching a guy painting the rones and downpipes on the tenement behind us. I had the camera handy in case his dangling off a scaffold got too extreme but just at the tipping point he stopped and went for a longer-handled paintbrush. There’s a lesson in there somewhere.
Best laugh today must be that the Donald won’t do a Virtual debate because they can cut him off. You couldn’t write this stuff.
