Flower Friday

It has been a lovely sunny day for the most part and my walk was most welcome. I enjoyed the air, sun and autumn colours and smells. 

This precious geranium I managed to bring inside before it was 'got' by the cool nights and the wind we had last week.  In its appreciation it has produced this flower for me to enjoy in the porch where I put on my boots before heading out into the garden.  I rather love it against this wall colour (more ideas for painting) but yu have to overlook the scruffiness of it.. time to repaint methinks !!

For the record
Some sad news today.. my brother has been told there is no more treatment for his cancer.. sobering.
