A Mercedes Benz S-Class or in detail a (second generation) W126 from 1980-1991. 
Both the 1. and 2. version of the W126 have no real visible differences.
Fun fact: You had to pay extra for the headlight washers  in the second version of W126.
But what a good condition this car is in.
