Still okay?

This little bear wears a bonnet, that looks like a dog. Strange! ;-)
I wondered if he is still okay, because he laid in a weird position to show me the cap.
Btw, "stil okay" is not faulty English, but it is a part of a sign with a question about the drivers driving style :-D
