Looking north.

We walked locally in the morning and afternoon. We got wet at the start of the second walk, but it dried nicely by the time we could see the town and bay beyond. First shoots of the new crop in the field on the left too. Few folks about.

Older son and fiancé called just before I took the photo; been doing some wedding shopping. Successful outcome. Younger son played golf, a good round by all accounts.

Visited old friends late afternoon for tea in the garden. At one point we needed umbrellas, but it passed. Good chat.
