Juicy treat

This Black Collared Barbet enjoyed the orange on the bird tray today. I love watching the birds at the feeders through my study window. I can waste a lot of time bird watching!!
I opted not to play golf today - it was windy and raining at intervals..some of the braver ladies did and enjoyed celebrating the club's 89th birthday celebrations.  Hopefully I'll play next year when the 90th birthday will be a bigger celebration!
We were without power from 2pm to 8pm, evidently due to cable theft. This is happening too often. Oh well, it was a good excuse not to cook.
