Autumnal field

A shot from my long run this morning. Managed to do an off the cuff half marathon which I'm very pleased with. My body has been suffering since.

Lovely family lunch this afternoon at our favourite restraunt. It was great to have the kids with us. Indie made a terrible lunch selection and suffered for not liking it but everything went well all the same.

Calm day other than that.
