A sausage kinda day

An early start for a dawn swim in Ullswater with my swimming buddies. It was fresh and invigorating. Ambient temperature 6, water temp just under 11. Apart from the beautiful views around the lake all I could think about was our breakfast. Sausage, bacon, brioche rolls, bucks fizz, cheese scones and pastries were soon served after we'd dried off and warmed up.
We were discussing what we'd all be making for dinner and this is what 3 of us will be having, sausage casserole, bangers and mash, and toad in the hole!
