The ascent

From Sheringham which is at sea level to the small town of Holt in what is known as high Norfolk, 66m or 216 feet higher.

The colour version is the extra. The engine was brought into service in 1928 and is the LNER B12 - 8572 for those of you who like such detail. It left official service in 1961 and now plies the North Norfolk Railway line run by enthusiasts.
