Golden glow

The sun was just going down and bathing the countryside in a beautiful golden glow. You can just see the new grass seeds coming through. I took this photo just before I slipped and landed on my backside in the muddy gateway. I was too busy looking around to see if I might see a barn owl. No luck though, although it was probably hiding in a tree looking down at me in the mud!
