Early light

It was 3 degrees C when I took this shot this morning in the garden where we had been staying before we took the long drive home on the best day of the week. The light was looking fantastic as we drove South, the first 15 miles on the narrowest of roads and the reason the car hasn’t moved for the whole week. We had an uneventful journey and had time to fit in a late afternoon walk along our local sea front. I hadn’t taken a camera out with me but the sea was looking as calm as a mill pond.
