Beach Huts

The row of much sought-after beach huts at Wells-next-the-Sea sell for several tens of thousands of pounds apiece. They have no power or water supplies, and cannot be occupied overnight. A small income can be derived by letting them out to holidaymakers to use (during the daytime of course), and the amount can be dependent on the whole issue of whether they are in the Dogs Allowed or the No Dogs Allowed sections of the beach!
