As Mr Gray said, people really need cheering up this year. I expect his business has been rather low since March too. 
So if you're near Downham this week and you need cheering up head to the green and catch a ride on the Runaway Train or the Ferris Wheel or one of the other attractions being erected. I think you'd make Mr Gray a happy man too.
