Proper Turkey Of A Blip

Very few photo ops today and I've ended up posting an emergency blip. The Brown Turkey figs are ripening on the tree in the greenhouse. MrQ likes them but I'm not keen. I caught a bit of Gardeners' Question Time the other day and someone on there said that the best variety for growing outside in the UK is Desert King.
