Christmas crafting

I bought this kit at the beginning of lockdown and with Christmas fast approaching thought I’d better make a start.
I placed an Amazon order last night and they said it would be delivered on Tuesday so why did it arrive today? Over efficiency or do they just presume everyone is at home anyway?
Boris has announced the new simpler lockdown tiers. Still trying to get my head around them.
