Contre Jour

It's a beeeeeauuuutiful October day in South Devon (despite the odd rainshower). After a lovely walk, I was torn for choice which picture to blip. I've gone for this one, as it's a bit different from my usual snaps, taken into the early afternoon sun. If it were yellow, it would look much like a child's drawing of the sun.

Have stuck a landscape-cum-seascape-cum-cloudscape in the Extras - with lichen-laden branches in the foreground and the just-visible daymark on the horizon, across the River Dart. A l-o-n-g view!

Hope you're having a lovely day, whether locked down, restricted or relatively free. Thank goodness for Mother Nature!
